Dr. Sarah Miller, “State Forensics Services and Criminal Defense”
Dr. Sarah Miller is the Director of Maine’s State Forensic Service, which oversees all court ordered mental health evaluations conducted pursuant to the Title 15 statute. She conducts criminal forensic evaluations and provides consultation to examiners, attorneys, judges, and others. Prior to that, she worked for a healthcare contractor in the Maine Department of Corrections providing clinical services as well as support and supervision for the Behavioral Health team. She also ran an independent forensic practice, including a contract with the State Forensic Service. Before coming to Maine, she worked at Bridgewater State Hospital in Massachusetts conducting criminal forensic evaluations in a high security correctional setting. Dr. Miller is Board Certified in Forensic Psychology.
